Return & Replacement Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

At Kaios, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. However, in the rare case that something doesn’t go as expected, we offer a limited return and exchange policy subject to the terms below.

Exchange-Only Policy

Kaios does not offer refunds. We offer product exchanges only under the conditions mentioned below. Monetary refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The product is not working as expected

  • The product is not compatible with what was advertised or agreed upon

Note: The 7-day window is calculated from the date of delivery as confirmed by our logistics partner.

No Exchange Allowed For

  • "Change of mind" or non-defective product returns

  • Incorrect use, mishandling, or physical damage caused after delivery

  • Delays in claiming exchange beyond 7 days from the delivery date

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at contactkaiosstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos/videos of the product (if defective or incompatible)

  2. Our support team will review and validate the request.

  3. Upon approval, you will receive shipping instructions for return.

  4. Once the original item is received and verified, a replacement product will be shipped.

Additional Notes

  1. Product must be in its original packaging, unused (except to verify functionality), and include all accessories/manuals.

  2. Kaios reserves the right to deny any exchange request if the product is found to be misused or damaged by the customer.

  3. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable and borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a fault from our end.
